As part of your Total Protection Plan your Alford technician will:

• Inspect the property for signs of termites.
• Place Sentricon stations flush with the ground in the soil around your home.
• Monitor the Sentricon stations for termite activity at the time of each regular service visit.
• Install a Baitube™ device containing Recruit™ termite when termites are detected.
• Continue monitoring to discover newly invading termite colonies.

How Much Does it Cost ?

Most homes will be $59.00 + tax per month. If your home measures less than 400 feet around (almost all do) and qualifies for the Total Protection Plan, you will be set up to pay the monthly fee on a credit card or bank/savings draft.
